Automate client cancellation/non-payment process

Big yes to this... Also I don't like it when it auto suspends a subscription because of missed payments. I had a mess to clean up after a customer missed for 5 months then paid then missed and the invoicing was all over the place. They would have paid quicker if at 45 days past due date the site went into privacy mode.

Absolutely agree, there isn't much value here without the auto-privacy mode. This is very important for me.

Could another request thread be merged with this one since the feature request here could be an option to limit an unpaid subscription at X weeks (all the way to Infinite weeks)? "Allow a subscription to be in Unpaid status without Cancelation" at: https://wpengine-product.canny.io/growth-suite/p/allow-a-subscription-to-be-in-unpaid-status-without-cancelation

Probably the thing I am chasing the most. Absolute upvote here. I already have a recurring invoice/automated monthly payment function in place through my Xero/Stripe set up so unless something like this is implemented there's no incentive in migrating the billing to this white label set up. The biggest issue I have with billing is chasing up late payments. I have to manually send a "please pay or I'm really sorry your site will go offline" email - not nice to send so if it appears robotic to a client they know it's the 'system' - not me cutting them off:)

We get asked that pretty frequently and I’ve forgotten to relay - current prospect reminded me of how helpful it would be, especially for high-volume customers. Ex: With over 300 sites, they have a dozen at least a week that don't pay their bill bc of card expiration or lack of funds, etc. They have an entire team member dedicated to handling this! Automation would be SO helpful. "it would make it a no brainer for us"

Huge feature we could leverage to drive revenue
