I’d like to request a combined site restriction feature. The current “Utility → Password Protection” and “Web Rules → Restrict by IP” are both useful, but I’d like to use both together, requiring only one for access.

For example, users from our office IP should bypass password protection, while all other users should be prompted for a password. This would improve workflow and security flexibility.
