We've often used the "Intuitive Custom Post Order" plugin to allow for drag and drop re-ordering of things like taxonomy terms for an easy custom sort order. It would be awesome to see ACF have this functionality built in so we wouldn't have to use this plugin (which appears somewhat abandoned).
