Feature Request – Native Price Field with Multi-Currency Support in ACF

Hi ACF Team,
I hope you’re doing well.
I’m writing to share a strong recommendation for a feature that would make an enormous impact on many WordPress developers and agencies: a native “Price” field type in ACF, with built-in multi-currency support.
I use ACF every single day across multiple client projects, and it remains one of the most powerful and flexible tools in my workflow. However, one recurring limitation is the lack of an integrated way to handle prices — especially when projects require multiple currencies, conditional currency changes, or upcoming conversions (such as the EUR adoption in Bulgaria).
Right now, achieving this requires stacking several extra fields, custom validation, conditional logic, or additional coding. While possible, it becomes unnecessarily complex and time-consuming for a scenario that is extremely common in real-world websites (e-commerce, service listings, catalogs, real estate, pricing tables, etc.).
A dedicated ACF Price Field with:
automatic input formatting
currency selector or predefined currency sets
validation
consistency across admin and frontend outputs
…would solve a huge pain point and provide clean, standardized pricing data across projects.
This addition would significantly streamline workflows not only for me, but for thousands of agencies and developers who rely on ACF for structured data. It would also reduce the need for third-party plugins or repeated custom solutions, making ACF even more robust out-of-the-box.
ACF has always set the standard for flexible fields, and I genuinely believe this improvement aligns perfectly with the product’s vision.
Thank you for considering this request — it would be a game-changer.
Warm regards,
Antonia
