It would be nice to be able to change the email copy for the initial email about "starting your services" and anywhere else that there is generic copy. Maybe the ability to just edit a couple templates you guys use.

Being able to customize emails is huge, so you can properly onboard clients properly, and be able to set clear expectations.

Yes! I agree. We would like the ability to customize the email with clearer directions. We have had a few clients ask us about the password on the next screen. They are confused if they are creating a new password or using one that they should have been assigned already. I think it just goes back to the ability to customize the messaging.
