Could a 3rd party Client Support Desk/Ticket system be integrated such as TeamWork Desk, etc?

I would also love to see this! It would be great to have a summary of how many support requests/tickets were addressed during the month of the client's monthly report.
It would also be great if clients could email their requests and then have a ticket created automatically from the email.

Just an idea from a chatter here. They're wanting a chat feature within suite so it's easier to talk to their clients.
In the chatters words..."it would be for communication overall but specifically with the clients we have maintenance plans with so that they can message us when they need something changed or updated."

I'd love to see integration with help desk services that are already out there. Zendesk, FreshDesk, Help Scout, etc. I use Help Scout and it would be great to see integration with Help Scout or the ability to integrate the site widget into the portal.

check out spp.co on how they have ticketing/communication attached to billing. That tool does it perfectly. Flywheel could do something similar.
