Update Web Rules via API

Since vanilla Cloudflare allows API access to update its rules, I was disappointed to learn that there's no such API support for the Web Rules in the user portal. This ability would allow greater flexibility in managing these rules across sites, rather than one site at a time. It would also allow us to automate some processes and reduce manual effort when rules need to be updated.

Yes, while the current 'copy to all sites' is nice, it's limitation if felt very fast, especially because it can't remove or disable rules. Kinsta provide a rule import, but still, deleting all rules and uploading the current set is cumbersome, especially when temporarily blocking bad actors based on IP address(es). An API (or improved Web Rule management at an account level - they go hand-in-hand) would resolve that. An API would also allow for automation possibilities beyond the ease of managing of managing rules across multiple sites.
