Add More Details for Error Rate

The error rate is nice to have, but it would be very helpful to know more details. Combining all the 400 and 500 level errors doesn't provide enough detail. There's a big difference between a spike of 404 errors and a spike of 502 errors.
The actual logs can be helpful for this information, but since they are limited to 1500, that usually only covers a few minutes for our site.

Hey Kevin Marsden In the top right of the Errors and Redirects page, there is a dropdown where you can drill into each level. This will then give you more granular info around specific counts to specific status codes. Is this helpful or would you expect something different?

Erin Olson That looks very helpful, but I don't see the Errors and Redirects page in my dashboard. I am an Owner on our WPE account. Is this only available on specific plans?

Kevin Marsden Ah, yes I've turned on our Beta feature of "Account level insights" which is essentially an aggregate of all the site level information (and is what's in the screenshot here). This should give you what you're looking for.
You can now access this from the primary left nav but clicking Performance (under Insights).

Erin Olson Thank you! That's very helpful. Quick thoughts after using it for a day:
- It would be helpful to have closer to real-time data.
- It's not clear what timezone is used to determine the days
- Possible issue: I'm not sure if the error/redirect data is showing up on the correct date. We had an large spike of 5xx errors on Monday, Aug 18, but the graph shows the spike on Sunday, Aug 17. It might be correct, but I wanted to flag it, just in case.
- Very minor issue: When hovering over the error chart, if you hover over the bar, it doesn't show the data tooltip. You have to hover above the bar to view the data tooltip with the details.
