This new migration plugin did not fully carry over large amounts of custom CSS code

After spending days working on a customized site using Enfold theme, when it was time for deployment the migration did go quick, but the customization did not follow through.
I was surprised how fast and little work I needed to do with this new plugin, but found out that most of my customized CSS code did not carry over such as unique classnames that seem to change "flex_column av-4zuhxg-ccdd287cf75285a2d581e1536a2f9b49"
Wasted days of CSS work only to have to redo it all.

Hey Kevin, thanks for your timely response. I'm not sure where to find the migration ID, and I'm not comfortable giving the destination URL in this public space feedback. How can I private message you for further investigation? I'm currently re-doing parts of the site at the moment.

Brian: No worries, I just sent an email to the address associated with your account on the feedback board. We can move the discussion to email.

Brian Hi, I'm the product manager of the WP Engine Site Migration plugin. Can you please provide the migration ID or destination URL so that we can investigate further?
It looks like you might be adding custom styles based on CSS class names that are automatically generated by the Enfold theme. Note that migrating your site to WP Engine copies the source site, so any CSS work that you have done on the source site should still be in tact.
