Growth Suite

Include the following in Client Reports: -Uptime monitoring -Keyword monitoring -Security scans -Comparative data (e.g. month of month change)

I am a collaborator on a few sites for clients and which I also run maintenance. I would like the ability to run a report after maintenance has been complete without having them as a client in my GS. Because I am not the owner of their site, I cannot attach it to any client and run a report.

Make Client Reports an add-on just like Smart Plugin Manager for those who don't need all the additional CRM features that come with Growth Suite

Hi is there an option not have reports sent to the client rather allow us to download and send manuall for a high-touch cient?

Would love Last Year to be added to the tab on tracking Growth Suite income. Currently, all time, last 30 days and this year.

With the arrival of GA4 Google has put a positive spin on an otherwise negative sounding metric, known as "Bounce Rate" to "Engagement Rate". It is pretty much the opposite of Bounce Rate. I propose Flywheel changes the column in Page Visits section known as Bounce Rate to show data from the new GA4 Engagement Rate. And change the dedicated Bounce rate section to Customer Engagement Rate.

Integrate other features into Client reports. WP MUDEV has - 1)Uptime Monitor/Report, 2)Security Updates (with Malware Scanning, Blocklist Monitor, IP Lockouts all over the period (1 month, year, etc. when they are scheduled), 3) Performance (past 1 year over year comparison), and 4) SEO Audits using Google Lighthouse SEO. This would make for a more complete user-report to enhance the client-end experience with what they are paying for. 5) Backups - Showing when the latest backup was done (server/off-server sides) Not sure if some of these can be added to reports via CloudFlare data, Google Page Insights, Lighthouse, etc. Or if other plugins are needed, but these would be great additions to upsell on.

My clients will often request ad hoc reporting. Would like to be able to execute reports on demand.

I have seen over the years, sending clients weekly reports (some prefer monthly) but many, keeps us in front of them and has shown we are always helping them. We changed from Monthly to Weekly for all clients and saw a real noticeable change from clients staying in contact with us for new work. Some requested to be changed to monthly and we did that for them which was no problem. At the bottom of the report email, we put a section saying if they would rather have monthly reports just reply back and ask.

Like in ManageWP, you can set clients reports to not send and notify you if the site is down, or if the site optimization is low, or if there are security issues...etc The current feature of giving 3 days to preview or it will be sent is a good short term solution, but shouldn't be the long term solution.
