A ticketing system in the client portal, where my clients can submit requests and the status is tracked + updated on the next invoice

A way to upload and share client files and assets (logos, branding documents, page mockups, project briefs, etc.) within their respective portal.

Giving my clients more options within the client portal login, perhaps they could see their site traffic, or messages from my agency to them

It would be great to have some kind of secure document signing and retention functionality in the client/service workflow. A pre-signed, automatically dated W9 would be fantastic. Individual solutions like DocuSign and others are not cheap.

As a user who has personally contributed to the development of the standalone invoicing system, I am passionate about ensuring that our platform remains user-friendly and efficient. One feature that I think would enhance the user experience is the ability to customize the logo's URL in the Growth Suite. This would allow users to easily navigate back to the main website from the portal, creating a seamless and fluid browsing experience. As a practical example, I have a link on my website that directs clients to the portal. It would be much more convenient and efficient for users if they could simply click on the logo and be redirected back to my main website. Implementing this feature would not only improve the user experience but also demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability. Thank you for considering my suggestion. When I create an invoice then download it, the file name looks nice: https://cln.sh/r2tfCcjM But when my client downloads the invoice in their Client Portal, the name is disgusting: https://cln.sh/hqqBqLMf

Flywheel white label option to have all plans and set services in place (like managed plugin updates or performance reports) for clients to view when they go to login and review their billing in the Dashboard. Allow them purchase an add-on and also to automatically upgrade/downgrade tier levels. Agency sent an email advising of purchase/upgrade.

Customer just suggested that we add a way to allow their clients to send them credentials (site admin, hosting, domains) securely via the client portal to the client's listing in the dashboard.

It would be nice if a custom URL could be used to continue branding, i.e. https://clients.agencydomain.com instead of https://agencydomain.sitesandservices.com
