The current process requires a back and forth process between existing owner and new owner which involves cloning the live site and making it a demo site or something.

Our largest customer on Flywheel would like if the Org owner has the ability to remove GS access from some Org members. They expressed interest in using GS for client reports however, since they have about 100 employees, they have lost some employees that have started working for other agencies, and they said they would like to be able to limit the visibility of Client Reports and MRR as this is sensitive information for their agency that they don't want their employees to share with other agencies if they were to leave. We told them about collaborator role, but the company has 1300 sites and need to have members have access to create sites and have access to other sites They said they cannot allow for GS in their account until that feature is unlocked, thanks!

Something I would love to see in Growth Suite is the ability to have some basic access permission levels. Currently the only option to access Flywheel Growth Suite information such as invoices, payment status etc is to give full access to the Flywheel account. This obviously isn't ideal from a security perspective when you need to give a finance / admin staff member complete and full access to the entire organisation. I'd like to see a new user level access that doesn't have full access to the hosting account with the following permissions only: Access / update clients Access / update subscriptions Create new subscriptions View all invoices / billing history

As of right now, if a user is an Org member, they are given the GS page view by default in their dashboard. It may prove beneficial to allow users to select what dash view loads as default. Use case: Customer(Joe) is the owner of his own Org: https://app.getflywheel.com/admin/organizations/deepwater-pixel . He was recently added to another Org as a member: https://app.getflywheel.com/admin/organizations/raxa-design . When he logs into FW, he is given the view of Raxa GS page: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Wnul7Oxv

Not sure if this is intentional or not! But it would be nice if the hex codes under the Settings expanded to show a color chart or something of the sort. It might not be a big deal, but may be helpful for a freelancer who may not have their brand set up yet.
